Our pizza is a combination of craftsmanship, passion, and the highest quality ingredients. We prepare it according to the original recipes of our team of chefs and head chef.
The dough is made from a blend of three flours from the oldest Italian mills, and its exceptional lightness and taste are the result of a 60–72 hour maturation process.
The secret to a perfect bake is also the Moretti Forni oven — one of the best Italian devices on the market, reaching temperatures of up to 510°C. Thanks to this, the pizza is crispy on the outside, yet soft and springy on the inside, delighting with the aroma, texture, and character of true Italian cuisine.
